Yeast Free Bread

This bread is delicious and so easy to make! Depending on your cravings you can add different "extras" to make this bread whatever you want. Just as a disclaimer this is a country style bread and is quite a bit thicker (or "heavier") than normal sliced bread you buy in the store.

Here is what you will need:

3 cups King Arthur whole wheat flour
4 tsp Argo Aluminum Free baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1½ cups organic milk (you can really use any liquid you want, using something different will change the flavor)
¼ cup olive oil (or any liquid fat i.e. melted butter, coconut oil, vegetable oil...etc)

*Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl without sifting your flour.

*Mix liquid ingredients in other small bowl or measuring cup.

*Mix liquids in with the dry ingredients until dry ingredients are fully mixed in. The dough should be moist, but not sticky. You may have to add more flour or liquids, but don't be too quick to add more ingredients as it does take some time for everything to mix fully.

*Work dough into ball with oiled hands being sure not to over work it. When satisfied with your dough, place it in a baking pan and "score" the top of it with X to prevent cracking.
*Then bake your bread for 40 mins at 400ºF and Voila! Done!
*Let your bread cool before you cut it then serve it with butter or jam or whatever.
